Tie Back Lanyard
Miller® has identified one of the most common "bad" practices of working at height being that of tying back a standard lanyard over an anchorage point. The Tie Back lanyard combats this practice featuring a revolutionary hook which has been developed to remove the risks involved in tying back.
- Compact Energy absorber which keeps forces below 6kN in the even of a sustained fall.
- Robust hook which will sustain forces of 22kN at any angle within the body of the hook - even the gate.
- The hooks gate opening is below the profile of the hooks body, preventing unsolicited damage to the gate.
- Greater flexibility at the job site – only 1 harness and 1 lanyard required to work at height.
- Less equipment and less set up time.
- Reduces the amount of equipment needed.
- Easier, faster training & inspection.
- More economical.
- Robust 35mm blue polyester webbing.
Applications
- Any work at height application.
- EWP work.
- Scaffolding.
- Tower Work.
- Construction & Maintenance.
- Work Positioning & restraint applications.
